TECHNICAL STANDARDS
GALLIS SA produces a wide range of luminaires that meet different design requirements, techniques and lighting specifications for indoor and outdoor applications. These systems consist of various combinations, such as luminaires with grills for suspended or ceiling use, lights and rotating recessed spots, wall washers with asymmetric beams, and thus meeting the quality characteristics related to the visual effect, comfort and energy efficiency required by the customer.
Great emphasis is given to the selection of the appropriate reflector of the grill material. We design our reflectors from the highest purity anodized aluminum for maximum efficiency and light beam control. All our luminaires operate with high frequency electronic ballasts, for the best possible energy efficiency and economy, achieving the best lighting result with the longest possible life time for the lamps, and at the same time producing less heat.
The luminaires illuminate immediately, without any flicker, providing stable lighting without stroboscopic effects and automatic deactivation of defective fluorescent lamps. Since the operating cost of lighting systems has become a reasonable concern, luminaires have been developed accordingly.
The quality of the lighting installation is no longer measured solely by the lighting effect and the design, but has been expanded to include energy efficiency and cost. The choice of light bulbs and their performance is now just as important as the design and color of each new luminaire being manufactured. Consistent with this emerging trend, GALLIS SA develops a full range of professional LED luminaires.
